Gantt Chart
A staple of planning, the gantt chart is given a size upgrade and made into a whiteboard so that it is easily seen throughout the room. A larger version is also available, and it occupies an entire wall.
Customer Visit Scheduling
Visiting customers is an essential and regular task for the sales department at this Toyota subsidiary. In order to plan to do so, two weeks of the month are displayed along with each member of the sales department, so it is clear who will go to visit which customer, and on what day.
Customer/Supplier Visited Schedule
This visual shows the half-monthly plan on which customers to visit, and who should visit them. It provides management with a good visibility on whether everyone is assigned and who is still available during each period.
