A New Year message to all my readers.
Dear all,
As the year draws to a close, thank you for following and reading my blog! I hope to increase the number of updates and touch on a series of new topics as well. In January, we'll finally be continuing the kaisen series with several articles on using visuals (mieruka), which will soon be followed by how to put all the kaisen concepts we've covered so far together into one large, comprehensive model. From there, we'll cover some other Japanese quality concepts such as the 5S and gemba-genjitsu.
I'll continue to write about marketing as well, but I'll be expanding to touch on HR consulting and solutions, in which I which I was heavily involved in earlier in my career. Another topic to look forward to is a series on KPS Video Express, a now-defunct multimedia store which was once an institution in Hong Kong.
Again, thank you for all your support this year. I look forward to your readership next year as well, and may 2011 be an even better year than 2010!
