Updates on the Elim Elytra and NocFree & split keyboards: shipping timelines, and when our full hands‑on reviews will begin.
I expect the NocFree & to arrive first, with shipping starting at the end of March – my copy should arrive in early April. The team previously faced delays after needing to revise the casing to ensure stable wireless performance.
The Elim Elytra is being manufactured, and they expect to finish in April. Since our previous update, they’ve obtained certifications (CE, FCC, etc), and completed firmware development. Shipping begins in April, and if all goes well I should receive it by May.
As with other keyboards, I'll perform an unboxing to show the build quality and accessories, before taking them on full testing. Both keyboards will be put through their paces, carried in backpacks and used to type hundreds of pages of reports and emails before rendering verdict. With two promising designs on the way, I’m looking forward to seeing whether one of these can displace our top choices for portable, ergonomic split keyboards.
